I remade the first video I posted on my YouTube channel

This video was actually written over 15 years ago for the channel I had prior to “krumbine.” The original material is so old, I had copyrighted music in the OG edit (along with HORRIBLE audio), so it couldn’t be monetized.

I had been working on the technique of shooting a script-based video, using a television for a backdrop. 1) a new teleprompter app seamlessly follows my voice, eliminating the complication and friction of scrolling, and 2) when setup correctly (or even moderately in the vicinity of correct), the television offers an infinite canvas for dynamic background.

Specifically: I’m not trying to make the TV perfect. I think it’s pretty obvious what I’m sitting in front of. But I also think such a simple technique adds a a huge amount of variety to my videos, and I’m excited to continue playing with it.
